Many companies advertise they are local, but when a problem happens you quickly learn that you have to call their corporate headquarters that is located in a completely different state. That’s because large security corporations define local as somewhere in the northern hemisphere and simply have a field office in your area. Their corporate office is thousands of miles away, and they don’t have a clue how the crime in your local community operates. Often, they apply a security plan created for a client that is not even in the same state as you and are shocked when it does not work! That is just not us! When we say we are local we mean we are local! If you need to get a hold of one of our managers, most likely they will pick up the phone while going down one of a million one way streets in Staunton, or stuck  at one of the thousand red lights in Harrisonburg, or just sitting in a parking lot laughing at people that are from out of town stuck going in circles because they never drove on a round-about before.
